We offer a wide range of services designed for different needs, ages, and lifestyles for both dogs and cats. Plus you can add on additional needed services at a discounted rate to ensure your pets are receiving all the care that is necessary for them.
What new service is Paw Haven Animal Hospital excited to announce?
We are so excited to announce our wellness plans. This is going to be for dogs and cats and it is a monthly subscription-based plan that will include all of your pets' annual wellness needs for the year.
What does the wellness plan cover?
This will include everything from vaccinations, their annual wellness exam, any testing such as fecal testing and heartworm for dogs, leukemia and AIDS testing for cats. Based on which plan you choose, some annual wellness lab work may be included, like a CBC in chemistry. In our gold tier plan, there are additional services such as blood pressure and eye pressure checks.
Is there any special prevention included in the wellness plans for dogs?
Yes, one of the things we are so excited about being able to offer our canine patients is annual heartworm prevention, which is a full 12 months of prevention included with these wellness plans. Heartworm disease is pretty prevalent in the Southeast, especially in Florida with all the mosquitoes, and we want to ensure we're offering the best wellness plans to our pets.
Are there any discounts available with the wellness plans?
If your pet is on these plans, there will be a 10% discount off all flea and tick products.
What are the costs associated with sick visits under the wellness plans?
If your pet is sick and you need to see the doctor, the sick exam fees are $30. The technician fees are completely covered, so you won't pay anything for technician exams anymore. For example, if your pet's coming in for a Cytopoint injection, a booster shot, or something that doesn't require seeing the doctor but uses a technician, you will not be paying an extra fee for that.

Preventative Care
Receive all preventative vaccines your pets need through our wellness plans and in addition Sick Appointments begin at only $30 and Recheck Appointments begin at $20.
Heartworm and Parasite Prevention
Through our wellness plans dogs receive Heartworm and Parasite testing and 12 months of Pro-Heart prevention. Cats will receive FeLV / FIV / Intestinal parasite testing and 10% discount on all flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
